Salary: 17,000 21,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a B.Com qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a trading or manufacturing company and knowledge of purchase operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Post purchase invoices in Tally Prime accurately.

Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and pending materials.

Communicate effectively with suppliers.

Maintain and monitor stock records and inventory.

Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.

Support day-to-day purchase and inventory-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Com

Experience: 3-4 years in a trading or manufacturing company.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
