Purchase Executive

Title : Executive - Purchase

Reporting to : Purchase Head

Knowledge Skills : Graduate Degree in relevant field, Deep knowledge of supply chain management, More than 5 years of experience in Purchase

Job Skills  : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software, Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills, supervisory and Management Experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

2. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.

3. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

4. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

5. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

6. Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

7. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

8. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

9. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

10. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

11. Experience in RM/PM/ Lab chemical Purchasing

12. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

13. Negotiating product pricing and contracts with vendors.

14. Building and maintaining long lasting relationship with vendors.

15. Team Management Exposure.

16. Preparing daily morning meeting, daily MIS Report, weekly report.

17. Monthly PPT data to be organize as per time schedule.
