Role & responsibilities
Purchase Executive Fresher
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchase and procurement activities
- Source and identify new suppliers/vendors
- Collect and compare vendor quotations
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up with suppliers for material delivery
- Maintain purchase records and documents
- Coordinate with Production, Stores & Quality teams
- Assist in price negotiation and vendor coordination
- Track material availability and delivery schedules
- Support inventory and stock monitoring
- Prepare basic MIS and purchase reports
- Ensure materials are purchased as per quality and quantity requirements
