Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase activities as per business requirements.
• Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and MIS.
• Monitor pending orders and resolve supply or quality issues.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.
• Support vendor development and cost-saving initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business**, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field**.
• 25 years of experience in procurement/purchase.
• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other purchase software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or manufacturing is an advantage.
