Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchase requirements for raw materials, components and consumables.
• Collect quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Store, Production, Design and Accounts departments.
• Check material availability, pending orders and delivery status.
• Develop and maintain vendor/supplier relationships.
• Handle vendor issues related to price, quality and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email and SAP preferred.
• Experience in engineering/machine manufacturing purchase will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
