Purchase Executive

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and order placement
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize value and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all import documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth coordination of supply chain activities
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and cost analyses
• Monitor and control procurement budgets while ensuring quality and timely procurement
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and coordinate with accounts payable for invoice reconciliation
• Track supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in import procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with P2P cycles, invoice verification, and accounts payable procedures
• Ability to handle multiple suppliers and fast-paced procurement cycles
