Purchase Executive,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage indirect purchases for the company's engineering and Admin projects
• Pan India Admin material purchase.
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in indirect purchase administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor negotiation.
• Proficiency in processing financial transactions accurately.
