Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Purchase Orders with correct rates, quantities, and terms.

• Find and develop suitable vendors.

• Collect and compare quotations.

• Negotiate rates and purchase terms with vendors.

• Follow up with vendors for order status and delivery.

• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and POs.

• Ensure timely availability of required materials.

• Maintain professional relationships with vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Email.

• Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.
