Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, price negotiation, and timely purchase of materials required for company operations/projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and suppliers.

• Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with project/site and internal teams for material requirements.

• Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.

• Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation.

• Monitor material availability and avoid procurement delays.

• Ensure materials purchased meet required quality and specifications.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. EEE

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

• Experience in Solar industry will be an added advantage.
