Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day procurement activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, arrange materials, maintain purchase records, and ensure timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with existing and new vendors.
• Collect and compare vendor quotations.
• Assist in price negotiation and vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams.
• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor records.
• Track pending orders and material requirements.
• Ensure materials are procured as per required specifications and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing procurement processes.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
