Purchase Executive

Job Title / Designation :- Purchase Executive Grade

Purpose of Job : As a Purchase Executive at Techno Control, you will play a key role in managing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for our projects. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to source high-quality products at competitive prices while adhering to budgetary constraints and delivery timelines.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
Experience 2 to 3 Years procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the technology or engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to optimize procurement outcomes. Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to expand the vendor base and enhance procurement options.

Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities while ensuring quality and reliability.

Purchase Order Processing: Generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant details, including quantity, pricing, and delivery schedules, are clearly specified. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm purchase requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices, discounts, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maximize value for the company. Utilize negotiation strategies and leverage market insights to secure favorable pricing agreements without compromising on quality or service levels.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the store and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline the delivery process and minimize lead times for critical items.

Contract Management: Manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, as well as relevant regulations and standards. Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance and inspection teams to ensure that purchased materials and equipment meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct supplier audits and quality checks as necessary to maintain product quality and reliability.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier communications. Generate regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
