Purchase Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement processes from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions for purchases.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) in SAP system and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Proficiency in SAP system, particularly in procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of PO creation process and ability to prepare accurate documents.
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
