Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, material procurement and purchase documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of materials, packaging, services and office supplies.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and follow up for timely delivery.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and negotiate prices and terms.
• Maintain purchase records, GRN, invoices and vendor documents.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales and Accounts teams.
• Prepare basic purchase MIS and track pending orders.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in B.A, B.Com, BBA, MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Purchase/Procurement preferred.
• Freshers with good negotiation skills may also apply for junior roles.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Experience in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Manufacturing, Export/Trading or Corporate Administration will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
