Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with a pharmaceutical background and 1–2 years of relevant experience in raw material procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
• Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Follow up with vendors for material availability and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, quotations, and related records.
• Monitor raw material pricing and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
• Develop new vendors when required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical raw material purchasing/procurement.
• Pharmaceutical background is required.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and suppliers.
• Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Job Location: Delhi Cantt, New Delhi

Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
