Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement and vendor coordination for multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, stationery, furniture, and other requirements.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and place purchase orders.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Manage procurement requirements for different branches.
• Coordinate logistics, dispatches, and deliveries to branches.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and invoices.
• Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
