Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for purchasing products/materials, coordinating with vendors, and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase activities as per business requirements.
• Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for pricing and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Track stock movement, shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams for timely material availability.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and delivery against purchase orders.
• Maintain MIS/reports related to purchases and inventory.

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
• Experience in warehouse/stock management preferred.
• Good negotiation, vendor management, and Excel skills.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Experience in ERP/software for purchase and inventory management is preferred.
