Purchase Executive

• Assist in day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, components, and consumables.
• Compare quotations and prepare price comparison statements.
• Maintain supplier records, purchase documentation, and procurement files.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
• Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and related procurement documents.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock planning activities.
• Assist in vendor development and supplier performance monitoring.
• Support negotiation activities by collecting pricing and market information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
