Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during procurement processes.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs.
• Track and resolve supplier related issues including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Stay informed on market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments.
• Support internal audits and prepare reports on procurement activities and cost savings
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with international sourcing and import documentation is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Retail, C-Store, and HORECA channels.
• Knowledge of UAE/local market and suppliers in FMCG is highly desirable.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Work Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi (Transportation provided from AUH City)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
