Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase documentation. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements.
• Source materials and collect quotations from suppliers.
• Compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, and vendor details.
• Coordinate with Stores, Projects, Accounts, and Engineering teams.
• Support invoice verification and purchase-related documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Support the team in ensuring materials are available as per project requirements.

Requirements

• BBA / B.Com / Diploma qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of electrical/industrial components will be an added advantage.
