Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive — Hospitality Industry
Location: Vikhroli - Mumbai
Experience: 7-8 Years (Hospitality/F&B Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchasing for food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing & payment terms
• Ensure timely delivery of quality materials as per operational requirements
• Maintain purchase records, inventory-level tracking, and PO documentation
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations team for demand planning
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and hygiene standards
• Monitor market trends and maintain cost efficiency

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality procurement (F&B, consumables)
• Good understanding of inventory systems and Excel
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
