1. Department. Purchase.

2. Reporting To. Purchase Head / Production Manager / Plant Head.

3. Location. Initially Mumbai; thereafter Amravati.

4. Job Purpose. To procure electronic components, mechanical parts, production consumables and services required for UAV component manufacturing, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at optimum cost while maintaining compliance with company procurement procedures.

5. Key Responsibilities.

(a) Procure electronic components, electromechanical parts, PCB assemblies, connectors, cables and production consumables in accordance with approved specifications.

(b) Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers for electronic and aerospace-grade components.

(c) Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), comparative statements and Purchase Orders.

(d) Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Stores for procurement planning.

(e) Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.

(f) Support import procurement and coordination with logistics agencies where applicable.

(g) Maintain procurement records, vendor database and ERP transactions.

(h) Ensure compliance with Company procurement policies and statutory requirements.

6. Qualification & Experience.

(a) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred), Graduate in Science/Commerce or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations preferred).

(b) Minimum 3-5 years' experience in procurement of electronic components and assemblies is mandatory.

(c) Experience in defence, aerospace, EMS or electronics manufacturing will be preferred.

7. Technical Skills.

(a) Procurement of electronic and electromechanical components.

(b) Vendor identification, evaluation and development.

(c) Interpretation of technical specifications and Bills of Material (BOM).

(d) Preparation of RFQs, comparative statements and Purchase Orders.

(e) Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

(f) Understanding of inventory planning and supply chain coordination.

(g) Knowledge of import procurement procedures will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
