About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who understands the day-to-day requirements of a manufacturing setup and can ensure that materials are available at the right time, right quality, and right cost.

Candidates with experience in Textile, Manufacturing, Packaging, Paper, or similar industries will be preferred. We are especially looking for someone who understands vendor coordination, material purchasing, negotiation, and follow-up—not just someone who manages purchase entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase activities for the manufacturing unit.
• Identify and coordinate with existing as well as new suppliers/vendors.
• Source raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and other production-related requirements.
• Collect quotations, compare rates, negotiate prices, and finalize purchases as per company requirements.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Management for purchase requirements.
• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure there is no unnecessary shortage or excess stock.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with reliable suppliers.
• Check vendor quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and overall performance.
• Resolve purchase-related issues such as delayed deliveries, rate differences, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Support management in finding cost-effective and reliable purchasing options.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Candidates from Textile or other manufacturing industries will be given preference.
• Good understanding of vendor management, rate negotiation, and material procurement.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic purchase documentation.
• Ability to work closely with production and stores teams.
• A practical, responsible, and result-oriented approach to work.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. The right candidate should be able to understand what the factory needs, coordinate with vendors effectively, negotiate smartly, and make sure materials reach the plant on time.

Candidates who have worked in Textile Manufacturing, Packaging, Paper, or similar industries are highly preferred.

Salary & Location

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Depending on experience, skills, and current salary)

Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
