Purchase Executive

• Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Source raw materials, EV components, spare parts, electrical components and other required materials.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and delayed deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts and other departments for material requirements.
• Ensure materials are purchased as per required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and vendor details.
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Handle vendor complaints and coordinate for resolution of quality or delivery issues.
• Verify purchase-related documents and coordinate with Accounts for invoice processing and payment.
• Maintain MIS and prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.
• Ensure procurement activities are carried out according to company policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
