Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience in procurement and purchase operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of vendor negotiation, billing, Purchase Indent (PI), purchase orders, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Indents (PI) and Purchase Orders.
• Verify purchase bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with accounts and stores for billing and material receipt.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and procurement documents.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Compare quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company purchase procedures.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of billing, PI, Purchase Orders, and invoice verification.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of electrical materials will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or
• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
