Purchase Executive

Purchase Planning

• Review purchase requirements received from Production, Projects, Stores, Maintenance, Admin and other departments.
• Prepare purchase plans based on stock levels, pending orders, project schedules and production requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials without unnecessary overstocking.

Vendor Management

• Identify and develop new vendors for aluminium, hardware, glass, ACP, consumables, packaging materials, machinery spares, etc.
• Obtain quotations and compare price, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
• Maintain an updated vendor database.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolution of quality/quantity issues.

Quotation & Commercial Negotiation

• Obtain multiple quotations wherever applicable.
• Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.

Purchase Order Management

• Prepare Purchase Orders as per approved requirements and company procedures.
• Ensure PO contains correct item description, specification, quantity, rate, GST, delivery schedule, payment terms and other conditions.
• Follow up on PO acceptance and delivery commitments.

Material Follow-up

• Regularly follow up with vendors for pending materials.
• Track committed vs. actual delivery dates.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
