Purchase Executive

Industry: Electrical Switchgear / LT Panel Manufacturing
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Source materials and coordinate with vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and material availability.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design, QA/QC, and Accounts.
• Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery, and shortages.
• Maintain vendor database and purchase MIS.

Required Skills:

• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/industrial materials preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
• Experience in manufacturing/panel industry will be an advantage.
