We are looking for a Purchase Executive for an opportunity with a reputed organization in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 3–4 Years
Key Requirement: Good working knowledge of Tally

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing and material requirements
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation
• Maintain purchase records and entries in Tally
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery
• Assist in vendor coordination and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores and other internal departments
• Maintain accurate purchase-related records and reports

Candidate Profile:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement
• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally
• Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of purchase documentation and commercial processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidates based in or willing to work at Vadodara preferred
