Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical materials, good negotiation skills, and the ability to handle purchase requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of mechanical materials, equipment, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain purchase records, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components and materials.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
