Purchase Executive

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors, suppliers, and contractors for raw materials, fittings, and operational supplies.
• Request quotations (RFQs), analyze price trends, negotiate favorable terms (pricing, payment cycles, lead times, warranties), and finalize purchase agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date vendor database, tracking supplier performance, reliability, and delivery compliance.

Purchase Order Execution & Tracking

• Process purchase requisitions, verify material specifications, and generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites or warehouses.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and warehouse personnel to reconcile physical goods received against POs and delivery challans (GRN verification).

Cost Control & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor market price movements to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure accurate material forecasting and prevent stockouts or over-purchasing.
• Handle vendor invoice verification, coordinate with the finance department for timely payment processing, and resolve price or quantity discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
