Purchase Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our on-site operations team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, inventory control, and ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of components crucial to our business operations.

Important: To ensure smooth daily operations and ease of commute, applicants must be located within a 4 to 7 km radius of our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Source electrical and electronic components from both domestic and international suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the vendors for replenishment needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and assess supplier performance.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role, preferably in electronics/electrical components or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with importing goods is essential, including customs documentation, international logistics, and supplier communication.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, duty structures, and import/export compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and handling documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with purchase order systems and inventory management tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
