Purchase Executive

Coordinate daily procurement activities based on approved requirements.

Obtain quotations from approved and potential suppliers.

Compare prices, specifications, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.

Prepare purchase orders after receiving required approvals.

Coordinate with vendors regarding material specifications and delivery.

Follow up pending orders and ensure timely material supply.

Coordinate with Stores and Production regarding shortages and requirements.

Verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.

Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor records, and correspondence.

Coordinate with Accounts regarding supplier invoices and payments.

Track delayed deliveries and vendor commitments.

Support vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.

Handle routine vendor negotiations within approved authority.

Report material delays, quality issues, and vendor problems to Purchase Head.

Ensure procurement is timely, cost-effective, accurate, and properly document.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
