Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
• Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors regarding orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with accounts, stores, and other departments.
• Maintain invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Monitor stock requirements and assist with timely procurement.
• Maintain vendor databases and purchase reports.
• Use computers and software for daily purchase-related work.
• Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, drafting emails, preparing reports, and improving productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement preferred; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn new technology.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with vendors.
• Ability to maintain records accurately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
