Experience: 3–7 Years

Location: Bhuj, Kutch

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Minerals / Industrial

Key Responsibilities

• Handle CAPEX & OPEX procurement requirements.
• Source and develop suitable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate price, quality, credit terms and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance, Accounts and other departments for purchase requirements.
• Monitor pending POs, material status and vendor commitments.
• Ensure required purchase documentation, invoices and supporting records are maintained properly.
• Support vendor evaluation and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and alternate sourcing.
• Handle procurement of engineering items, consumables, spares and general materials.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Good vendor negotiation and commercial understanding.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP purchase processes will be an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
