Purchase Executive

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Executive to handle end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely sourcing of materials while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Experience- 1-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Procurement to Pay (P2P) process
• Generate purchase orders
• Vendor development.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and GRNs
• Coordinate with finance team for timely payment processing
• Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
• Prepare MIS reports and procurement analysis using Excel
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Key Skills & Expertise Required:

• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data analysis)
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
• Hands-on experience in vendor coordination and invoice reconciliation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
