Job Description – Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors for raw materials, components, consumables and production requirements.
• Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation and development as per company requirements.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for material availability, delivery schedules and quality requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, payment terms, delivery and commercial conditions.
• Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis for purchase decisions.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores and Accounts for material requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs and procurement reports.
• Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost and delivery.
• Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development initiatives.
• Resolve issues related to material shortages, delayed deliveries and supplier discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
