Purchase Executive

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving materials and checking them against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Inspecting goods for quantity, quality, damage, and specifications.
• Properly storing and organizing materials in designated locations.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock received, issued, and remaining.
• Issuing materials to departments or employees against authorized requests.
• Monitoring inventory levels and informing management when stock needs replenishment.
• Conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensuring proper labeling, identification, and arrangement of all items.
• Following FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable to prevent expiry or deterioration.
• Keeping the store area clean, safe, and well organized.
• Preventing damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized removal of materials.
• Preparing stock reports, inventory statements, and other store-related documentation.
• Coordinating with purchasing, production, accounts, and other departments.
• Maintaining records of damaged, expired, obsolete, or returned materials.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and inventory-control practices.
• Using inventory management software or ERP systems to update stock records.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
