Purchase Executive Gurgaon | Salad Days

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily procurement of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Raise POs and maintain purchase records.
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Commissary, Operations, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain vendor data and purchase MIS.
• Support cost-saving and alternate vendor development.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in FMCG/Food/Retail industry preferred.
