Salary: ₹22,500 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Review purchase requirements, stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders with accurate details.
• Track open POs until material receipt and GRN completion.
• Follow up with vendors regarding delays, shortages and wrong supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors, stores, accounts and internal teams.
• Maintain purchase trackers, vendor records, PO files and documentation.
• Update ERP/MIS systems and ensure timely completion of purchase activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.
• Good understanding of PO, GRN, invoices and basic GST.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation.
• Experience in trading, distribution or manufacturing is an added advantage.
