Purchase Executive

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum: 0-2 Years into day to day accounting.

Purchase Invoice Booking in Tally Prime.

Tech:

Proficient in MS Excel and software like Tally.

Skills:

High accuracy in data entry and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities :

Purchase & Procurement:

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities as per company requirements.
• Receive purchase requirements from different departments/sites and arrange materials accordingly.
• Identify and source suitable suppliers and vendors.
• Collect quotations from multiple suppliers for required materials/services.
• Prepare and issue quotation requests / RFQs to vendors.
• Prepare quotation comparison statements based on price, quality, specifications, taxes, delivery time and payment terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and commercial terms.
• Finalize vendors after approval from the concerned authority.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to selected suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with stores/site teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
• Check received materials against the purchase order, quotation and required specifications.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment-related documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
