Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage daily purchase activities, vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and invoice coordination with the Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchase requirements from different departments.
• Collect quotations and compare prices from vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and purchase-related documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.
• Check purchase invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Coordinate with Stores for material requirements and receipts.
• Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the Accounts/Purchase Manager in daily activities.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement or Accounts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/Accounting software is an added advantage.
• Automobile dealership experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
