Purchase Executive

Job Summary
Must have minimum 1 year experience in Purchase Department.

• New Vendor Development and approval management.
• Float the enquiry & invite the quotations as per requirements.
• Assess the quotations & select the competitive ones in consultation with Senior Management
• Negotiate the commercials with selected supplier(s),
• Issue Purchase Order to the supplier(s)
• Follow-up & ensure supplier delivers the material as per agreed timeline and record of dispatch details.
• Vendor Payment reconciliation and records
• Co-ordinate with Various departments.
• Must have knowledge of debit/credit.
• Source and procure Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) from approved vendors.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Production departments.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Ensure procurement complies with GMP, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays.
• Coordinate artwork approvals with Design Team and vendors.
• Ensure printing specifications match approved artwork and product requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
