Purchase Executive

1. Purchase Order Management:

- Generation of Purchase Orders in ERP system as per approved requisitions.

2. Invoice & Documentation:

- Checking of invoices with PO, GRN, and related supporting documents.

- Invoice entry in Excel to maintain proper records.

3. Record Maintenance:

- Maintaining records of GRN after receipt of hard copy from site.

- Proper filing and documentation of all purchase-related documents.

4. Reporting:

- Preparation of MIS reports related to purchase.

- Assisting in monthly closing and audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline. Commerce background preferred.

- Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - VLOOKUP, Pivot will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
