Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of construction and interior materials as per project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams for material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor material costs and maintain effective purchasing records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchase/procurement within the Interior & Construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction and interior materials.
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
