Purchase Executive

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Procure raw materials, electrical components, mechanical parts, and other manufacturing requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments.
• Track purchase orders, pending deliveries, and material shortages.
• Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
• Monitor supplier performance, material quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.
• Support inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Follow up on material rejections, replacements, and supplier quality issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
