Job Title: Purchase Executive
Experience: 0–4 years (Hospital/Healthcare preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of medical, non-medical, pharmacy, lab, and general hospital supplies. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at optimal cost while maintaining vendor relationships and proper documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Procure medical consumables, IVF disposables, lab items, pharmacy & general supplies
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with stores, lab, pharmacy, OT, and admin departments
• Ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with hospital standards
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or over-stocking
• Handle vendor payments coordination with accounts
• Ensure adherence to hospital procurement policies
• Support audits and vendor performance reviews

Skills Required

• Knowledge of hospital/IVF procurement processes
• Vendor negotiation & coordination skills
• Inventory and stock management
• Good documentation and record-keeping
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
• Communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification

• Any Degree / Diploma in Purchase, Supply Chain, or related field
• Hospital / IVF / Healthcare purchase experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
