Purchase Executive

Role Description

The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing procurement activities to support construction and fit-out projects. Daily tasks include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials. The role involves negotiating prices and terms, maintaining vendor relationships, and monitoring inventory levels in collaboration with project and site teams. The Purchasing Executive will update procurement records, support budget adherence, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and cost objectives.

Qualifications

Procurement of all Kinds of materials used in Building Projects.

To handle day to day functioning of purchasing thought quote by vendor and Price negotiation.

To identify quality vendors and negotiate rates and delivery timelines etc.

Responsible for procuring building products as per site requirements.

Ensuring adherence to technical/engineering specifications and procedures in the purchase orders.

Initiate and complete the procurement process in a cost effective and ethical manner considering price, service, quality, inventory positions, and operations requirements, in accordance with the company procedures.

Preparation of Purchase order with valid terms and conditions using ERP.

Initiate the formalities of pre-qualification of new vendors and new products and update the Vendor Database of the company.

Arrange meetings, coordinate with the vendor, technical and financial departments to discuss and finalize the correct technical parameters and commercial terms to be incorporated into the purchase orders.

Attend all the post order technical queries from the vendors for the effective execution of the purchase orders released.

Liaising with vendors and logistics for the timely delivery of the materials.

Ensuring timely payments to Vendors by following up with the accounts department.

Time to time developing network of vendor connections and product updations based on the market condition

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
