Job Description:

• Handle purchasing and procurement of ELV and IT infrastructure materials.
• Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate prices.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, and documentation.
• Procure materials such as CCTV, access control systems, networking equipment, switches, routers, and cables.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ELV and IT infrastructure procurement.
• Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
