Purchase Executive

Purchasing & Procurement:

• Vendor Management:
• Identify and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials, products, and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers and conduct regular vendor assessments.
• Purchase Order Processing:
• Generate purchase orders (PO) based on procurement needs and inventory levels.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operational needs.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Cost & Quality Control:
• Ensure that goods and services are purchased at competitive rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Compare pricing and quality across vendors to optimize procurement costs.
• Procurement Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze purchase reports, including purchase forecasts and vendor performance metrics.
• Track purchase budgets and spending to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
