Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can efficiently handle procurement activities and vendor coordination. The role requires working on both routine purchasing and project-based procurement requirements, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and ensure smooth communication
• Handle vendor management, including performance evaluation and compliance checks
• Coordinate with internal teams for project-based procurement requirements
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per project timelines
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly
• Ensure quality standards and resolve any vendor-related issues
