Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / BBA / MBA (preferred in Supply Chain or Operations)
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management

Job Description We are looking for a Purchase Executive in Chennai with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotes
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders and GRNs
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and other departments
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with purchase software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
• Good in MS Excel and report generation
• Time management and problem-solving abilities

Salary Range

• ₹18,000 to ₹30,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
